WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan) is a catchy acronym for the science-based concept of mental contrasting. This tool was developed as a result of multiple studies showing that positive thinking alone was not enough to help people achieve their goals.

WOOP has proven helpful with people of all ages as a tool to both discover the goals that you are most passionate about and to increase your chances of attaining them.
